Does commenting to a post merit a credit the same as posting a post. It just that my computer is really slow, and I want a reason to take the time to read and comment on post, but I don't, today have time to do that, because I'm kind of busy. So do comments count?

Yes, comments do count if they apply nad build on what was posted. So an "Oh, what a great idea" won't do it, but something with meet will. :)
